Casting Networks was honored to be a sponsor for the Canadian Film Fest (CFF), held March 19-23, in downtown Toronto. The CFF is the premier venue for local Canadian filmmakers to showcase their films in a nationally recognized festival, and to inspire them to produce more content.

Casting Networks sponsored the CFF’s opening night, which included the first film screening of the five-day event, and the reception that followed. Over 350 actors, agents, and casting directors attended opening night, and nine features and 28 short films were screened throughout the course of the festival.

“This year’s lineup [was] one of the most entertaining programs yet, and we [were] delighted that once again we [gave] Toronto audiences the opportunity to see them on the big screen,” said Bern Euler, Executive Director, Canadian Film Fest. “We [were] also honored to welcome award-winning film producer Don Carmody to our first Producing Masterclass, inspiring and supporting a network of Canadian artists.”

Casting Networks is passionate about supporting emerging and established artists, filmmakers, and industry professionals across Canada, and worldwide.
