Boris Bronshteyn Joins the Casting Networks® Team

Casting Networks, the leading provider of casting and audition management software, has hired Boris Bronshteyn as Chief Technology Officer. The announcement was made last month by co-CEOs Rafi Gordon and Alex Amin.

Bronshteyn, who will report to Amin, is responsible for leading the company’s technical strategy and vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with Casting Networks’ business needs. He will also assume responsibility for driving product innovation in partnership with VP Product Yossi Langer.

Bronshteyn is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of diverse experience in Software Development, Product Management, IT Infrastructure, and Support. He brings a wealth of leadership experience across tech and product innovation, working with startups to fortune 500 enterprises to deliver cutting-edge products and build top-notch engineering organizations. Bronshteyn has worked as an Advisor and Chief Technology Officer for companies such as Bank Of America, SteelHouse, Target Media Partners, PSI Services, Luxury Presence and more. A member of Pasadena Angels and an advisor for the LA CTO Forum, he holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, with a minor in mathematics, from California State University-Northridge.
